In jurisdictions that allow caps on liability, our aggregate liability for claims relating to Site content shall not exceed the amount you paid to TravelGyd for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment applies, whichever is greater subject to legal minima.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other independent suppliers beyond our reasonable control, except as our role as agent may require under consumer regulations in your location.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer and any dispute arising from it or from your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles that would apply another state's laws. You agree that courts in New Castle County, Delaware, have jurisdiction over disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration under our Terms of Use, unless a different forum is required by consumer protection law in your country of residence.
